Vickie Martin
Director
Vickie Martin has been the director of Noah’s Ark Christian Preschool since 1995. She has degrees in Marketing and Management and Human Resource Leadership, as well as her Child Development Associate, and Florida Foundational Level Director/Administrator Credential. Additionally, she has over 150 hours of continued education courses in administration and child development.
Debi Laferriere Lead Teacher
and Curriculum Supervisor
Debi Laferriere has been teaching three and four year-old children at Noah’s Ark Christian Preschool since 1995. She has an Associate degree and has obtained a National Child Development Associate.
Arlene Cardona
Teacher
Arlene Cardona is the Preschool's teacher of 3-year-olds, but has also taught 2's and has been a substitute teacher and music teacher for the Ark since 2007.
Sonia Hernandez
Teacher
Sonia Hernandez is the Preschool's teacher of 2-year-olds and joined the Ark in 2010 as an assistant and substitute teacher. She is currently pursuing her education in the field of early childhood.
Ashley Lally
Teacher
Ashley Lally is a new staff member to the Ark as of 2011, but she has been teaching preschool since 2001. She has an Associate's Degree in early childhood and her Florida staff credentials. She is currently working towards her Bachelor's Degree at UCF.
Marianna Varga
Teacher
Marianna Varga has been teaching two, three and four-year-old children at Noah’s Ark Christian Preschool since 1995. She has earned a degree in early childhood education and obtained her Child Development Associate.
Alta Ferguson
Secretary
Alta Ferguson is a new staff member to the Ark as of 2011, but worked with pre-k students with special needs for three-years prior to joining the Ark's team.
Edina Toth
Secretary
Edina Toth started in 2011 at the Ark working as a receptionist and secretary, but has been working with early childhood programs since 2004. She is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Public Administration.
Isabel Flores
Program Facilitator
Isabel Flores has worked with children of all ages for over 34 years, but has been employed with Noah’s Ark Christian Preschool in various positions since 1995.
